MY EXPERIENCE

I come to your table with over 24 years of marketing communications experience and 20 years of direct experience in Information Architecture, Experience Design/Interaction Design and Usability Testing. I’ve worked at the two largest agencies in Boston, heading up their UX practices – Arnold and Hill Holliday for over 10 years. I’ve also worked with some of the largest brands in the country.

WHAT CAN I DO?

All things UX, but a sampling includes: writing user stories, defining user requirements, customer journeys, competitive assessments, defining functional requirements, developing site maps and wireframes, usability testing and reporting and insight on online strategy.

As an outside contributor, they rely on my UX experience to show them best practices in other industries and to supplement their teams as needed with various services. Many of my direct clients have been with me for years now and feel comfortable pulling me in and out of projects as needed and see me as a member of their team.
